Ambassador for

ADHD UK

As an ambassador for ADHD UK, I am deeply committed to reshaping the public’s understanding of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Through my role, I aim to challenge outdated stereotypes and break down the stigma surrounding ADHD by fostering informed conversations. I believe that awareness is the first step toward acceptance, and that starts with education.

To achieve this, I actively engage with communities by delivering talks in schools and public settings, sharing both clinical insights and lived experiences. Whether speaking to students, teachers, or parents, I strive to highlight the diversity of the ADHD experience, focusing not just on the challenges but also on the strengths and unique perspectives that come with it. My goal is to inspire a more empathetic, supportive environment for individuals with ADHD and empower others to better understand and advocate for neurodiversity in all walks of life.
